FAQ
-We grill the BBQ at the table for you.
-We accept all reservations online through Opentable - guests can make reservations up to 3 weeks in advance. We require a credit card to hold the reservation.
-We require 24 hours notice for any changes to your party size, arrival time or cancellations. -Guests can modify or cancel reservations on OpenTable directly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a charge of $50 per guest.
-To change or cancel an existing reservation, or inquire about dietary restrictions or allergies, please use Open Table or email us at hello@takja.ca.
-When booking online, our largest table available is for parties of 6. If you are interested in booking a group of 7 or more, please inquire via hello@takja.ca. Separate reservations cannot be combined to create larger parties.
-All of our seating is booth seating. Unfortunately, we cannot add a high chair or booster seat.
We allocate a seating time of 1 hour 45 minutes for parties of two, 2 hours for parties of up to four, and 2 hours and 30 minutes for 5 or more.
-Our latest available reservation time is 9:30pm on weekdays and 9:45pm on weekends. Last call for the kitchen is 10pm on weekdays and 10:15pm for weekends.
-Our corkage fee is $55 per 750ml bottle with up to 2 bottles for parties of 4.
-Our cake cutting fee is $5 per guest. We kindly ask our guests to not bring decorative items into the restaurant due to limited space.
-Please specify in your booking if there are any allergies or dietary restrictions among your party. For any questions about dietary restrictions, please contact hello@takja.ca. We will always try our best to accommodate guests, however please note that we are a korean barbeque restaurant and have a few items we cannot modify.
-We are not able to provide take-out.
-You can park on College street after 6:30pm or you can find free parking for an hour on Dovercourt or Rusholme road any time of the day.
