RESERVATIONS
When can I book?
We accept reservations through Opentable - up to 3 weeks in advance.
We require a credit card to hold the reservation.
We require 24 hours notice for any changes to your party size, arrival time or cancellations. Guests can modify or cancel reservations on OpenTable directly. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a charge of $50 per guest.
Cancelling a reservation?
To change or cancel an existing reservation, please use OpenTable.
Large table booking (7+ guests)?
When booking online, our largest table available is for parties of 6. If you are interested in booking a group of 7 or more, please inquire via hello@takja.ca.
Separate reservations cannot be combined to create larger parties.
Bringing your infant/young child?
Please note that we are unable to accommodate/provide high chairs, booster seats, car seats or change tables.
Our tables are equipped with live fire BBQ which can pose a hazard for young children.
Accessibility
Please be aware that our restaurant is not fully accessible. We have a step at the front door, booth-only seating, and non-accessible washrooms. We encourage guests with mobility concerns to contact us before booking.
TAKJA EXPERIENCE
What can I expect at Takja?
We grill the BBQ at the table for you! Sit back and enjoy your company while we do the hard work.
We allocate a seating time of 1 hour 45 minutes for parties of two, 2 hours for parties of up to four, and 2 hours and 30 minutes for 5 or more.
Last reservation time is 9:30pm on weekdays and 9:45pm on weekends.
Last call for the kitchen is 10pm.
Can you accommodate dietary notes?
We will do our best to accommodate , however there are limitations

Bringing your own wine or cake?
Our corkage fee is $65 per bottle (max 750ml) with up to 2 bottles per table.
Our cake cutting fee is $5 per guest.
We kindly ask our guests to not bring flowers or decorative items into the restaurant.
Can we order take out?
We do not offer take out.
Where can I park?
Paid parking is available on College Street after 6:30pm.
Additionally, there is parking available on neighbouring side streets.
